So, you’re getting married?! That’s kind of a big deal! And maybe you’re feeling a little overwhelmed by the planning process. That’s ok! I’m here to help make that process as easy as…

1. Email inquiry and phone call: after you’ve reached out via my form, I’ll send over my pricing guide and we’ll hop on a call to make sure I’m the one! You can ask me any and all questions and I’ll also ask you a few. If you leave our chat feeling excited, we’ll move on to defining the relationship.

2. Contract and invoice: I offer three basic wedding packages, along with a handful of add-ons. We’ll chat through those options on the phone and once you select one, I’ll write up a contract and invoice and send those over. The retainer fee is 50% of the total (with the total due one month before your wedding). Once we’ve sealed the deal, I’ll send over my wedding guide, which is full of helpful wedding planning information.

3. A period of silence and then BOOM! Your wedding is here: one month before your wedding, we’ll hop on a call to go over your timeline. If you have a planner, then we’ll probably just be reviewing your timeline to make sure you’ve left enough time for photos during each portion of the day. If you don’t, then we might be building your timeline from scratch together!

  • My turn around time for weddings is 4-6 weeks while lifestyle sessions are 1-2 weeks

  • For weddings, at least 6 months in advance. For lifestyle sessions, depending on your flexibility for day of the week, I can often accommodate those sessions with less notice.

  • For full sessions and weddings, I don’t charge travel for destinations within 60 miles of my home in Everett. This covers most of the greater Seattle area. For destinations further out, I charge $.75 per mile, which ends up being about $45/hour.

  • I don’t guarantee a set number of images because I believe that quality outweighs quantity. But, as a general rule of thumb, I typically deliver about one image per minute that I’m shooting. So for an 8-hour wedding, you’ll get between 700-900 photos.

  • YES! I have backup gear with me on the day of your wedding so if there is a technical issue, I’m covered. And then after the wedding, your photos are backed up to multiple locations to ensure that they are not lost.
